The ladies in my family are pretty serious about their blooking, as I am inclined to call it, and won't let me contribute just because I don't follow recipes and make gross things.
Today's dinner concoction was a Colombian inspired pot roast using tamarinds, coffee grounds, and Jalapeños, all simmered for a full day.
